Review, apply and undo AI suggestions
Stay in control of the changes the copilot proposes.

Read the proposal
When the copilot suggests a document change, review its proposal card. Inspect the suggested edits and any before-and-after comparison available before applying it.
Check the facts
Verify job titles, dates, qualifications, achievements and numbers. AI may produce plausible wording that is not true of your experience. Ask for a correction or leave the suggestion unapplied if something is wrong.
Apply a change
Use the proposal's Apply action when you are satisfied. Wait for it to complete, then review the updated document. A proposal in the chat is not proof that the document has changed.
Undo or retry
Use the applied proposal's Undo action when available. If the document changed since the proposal was created or applied, the app may refuse a stale change. Reload the latest document and request a fresh suggestion instead of repeatedly applying an old proposal.
For requests involving several documents, the copilot may first show a plan. Read its steps before confirming which documents it should work on.
