Understand who can view

Anyone who has the link can view the shared document. Send it only when you are comfortable sharing the information it contains. Public-link sharing is separate from sharing with your workspace.

Stop sharing or resolve a pause

Turn Share Link off to disable the link. If sharing is paused because the document uses Pro features, review the access message and change the document or your access. Disabling an existing link remains available even when you cannot enable a new one.
