Manage what Copilot remembers about you

Open memory

Choose Memory in Copilot, or Manage memory under Copilot memory in Account. These are lasting preferences used across conversations; they are not the content of one CV.

Keep facts accurate

1. Review Target roles, Preferred tone, Languages, Industries, Never claim and Notes.
2. Add or edit entries. Use Never claim for qualifications or experience the assistant must not attribute to you.
3. When Copilot suggests remembering something, choose Remember only if it is a lasting, accurate fact; otherwise choose Skip.

Clear stored preferences

Use Forget everything and confirm to clear memory. Check for the saved or cleared confirmation. Clearing memory does not delete existing conversations or rewrite documents that already contain generated text.
