Join or leave an organization

Accept an invitation

1. Open the invitation email or invite link from your organization.
2. Sign in with the intended account and confirm your email if prompted.
3. Review the organization name and choose the join or acceptance action.

If joining is blocked

Ask an administrator for a fresh link if it was reset, disabled or expired. A full organization needs an available seat. If you already belong to another organization, review the consequences before leaving it to accept a new invitation.

Understand membership

Personal documents remain private unless you share them with the organization. Leaving removes your shared documents from the organization and ends premium access supplied by that seat. Review the confirmation and any other access you hold before leaving.
