Check current access
Open Account and review Your plan and AI Usage. The plan area shows the access period and can identify access granted by a code, administrator or organization. Read the current values rather than relying on an old receipt.
Upgrade or redeem a code
Use Upgrade to see current offers and checkout terms. Use Redeem code in account billing if you have an access code. Review the offer before paying; an individual time-limited pass and an organization subscription have different terms.
Understand restrictions
Editing may be available even when downloading or sharing a document with Pro features requires more access. AI use has its own allowance. If you reach a limit, read the displayed reset or upgrade information; repeated requests do not bypass it.
