Choose a starting design and turn an existing CV into a reusable template.

Choose a starting point
Open Templates and choose Use on a template to start a document. You can also start a blank CV and choose a design in the editor. Use the Platform, Custom or Organization filters where available. Your organization can restrict the catalog to its own templates.
Save a reusable starting point
- Open a CV with the content and design you want to reuse.
- Choose Save as template and enter a Template Name.
- Find the result in Templates and use it to start another document. Review its starting content before sharing a new CV.
Change an existing document
On desktop, use Change Template in the editor toolbar to choose another design. On mobile, open the appearance controls and find Theme & template. Check section placement, columns and page overflow afterwards. A template change is not a substitute for reviewing the exported result.
Only company templates appear
Look for a notice that template choice is limited to your organization's templates. This is an organization policy, so changing search terms will not reveal the full platform catalog. Ask an organization owner about the policy or choose an available organization template.
