Who sees the documents of the people we support?
The person you support decides. While you work together, their documents are shared with your whole team, and they can make any one of them private with one switch. Documents they had before joining are shared only if they tick them, and their job board, practice and career profile are shared only if they choose to (you can ask for it in the invitation).
What does each seat include?
Every seat gives one person everything in Pro: multi-page documents, custom branding, pro sections, unlimited CVs and cover letters, custom templates and sections, and AI assistance from their own AI allowance. Every manager on your team gets an AI allowance too.
Do the coaches and admins on our team pay?
No. Your team is free, however many managers the workspace owner invites. Only the owner can take a seat, to get Pro on their own CV.
Can we require our templates?
Yes. Publish your branded templates to the workspace, then enable "Allow only workspace templates" — template galleries and pickers show your catalog only, and new documents start from your default template.
How does billing work?
Pick a package: Starter (3 Pro seats, €39 a month), Workspace 10 (€99), Workspace 25 (€199) or Workspace 50 (€349). Billing runs through Stripe, monthly or yearly in advance; yearly costs 10 months, so 2 are free. Every package starts with a 14-day trial with a card at checkout, and cancelling before day 14 costs nothing. The package price is fixed, so unused seats are still billed. Prices exclude VAT; provide a valid EU VAT ID at checkout and it is recorded on your invoices. Change package anytime and the difference is prorated. Is there a free workspace?
No. Free stays an individual plan for anyone writing their own CV. A workspace always runs on a package, starting with the 14-day trial.
Is it for staffing agencies or consultancies that send CVs in bids?
Not today. The workspace is built for supporting job seekers: every CV belongs to the person you support and stays in their own account. There are no company-owned CVs and no bid or proposal tools, so it does not suit firms that put their own staff’s CVs in front of clients.
What happens when our work with a client ends?
You close it from the workspace (or the client stops it from Settings → Privacy & security → Coaching), and their seat is free for the next person. Their CVs are theirs: their shared documents and your feedback leave your workspace, and they keep their account and documents on their own plan. PDFs you downloaded before then stay with you.
