Questions teams ask
Can members keep private CVs?
Yes. Sharing is opt-in per document — the organization only ever sees CVs a member explicitly shared. Everything else stays private, and unsharing removes a document (and its feedback) from the organization immediately.
What does each seat include?
Every active seat gets the full premium feature set — everything in the 30-Day Pass: multi-page documents, custom branding, pro sections, unlimited CVs and cover letters, and AI assistance.
Can we require our templates?
Yes. Publish your branded templates to the organization, then enable "Allow only organization templates" — members’ template galleries and pickers show your catalog only, and new documents start from your default template.
How does billing work?
Per seat, through Stripe, billed monthly or yearly in advance — the yearly option costs 10 months, so 2 months are free. Prices exclude VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. Change your seat count anytime and the difference is prorated automatically. Invoices and payment methods are managed in a self-service billing portal, and you can cancel anytime.

What happens when someone leaves?
